Don’t miss out on this amazing pit stop!
@telshifon.winery winery is located just 30 minutes from the Hermon and sits 915 meters above sea level giving it an outrageous view of the north. They offer a super fun breakfast menu the includes a cheese platter, pastries, salads, wine, juice, and coffee! They even have gluten free bread to go along side it. Breakfast is served until 11 am and its recommend to reserve in advance.
The winery is absolutely stunning with a large garden out front and vineyards on site. They also have romantic cabins you can stay in and they offer razor tours!

Enjoy and please drive safe!!

Looking for somewhere to go for a girls night out Looking for somewhere to go for a girls night out that your friend with celiac, your vegan friend, and your wine snob friend will all enjoy?
You need to check out @mula_tlv nights!
Mula is open during the day as a gluten free coffee shop and now they reopen from 18-22 on Tuesday through Thursday for pizza and natural wine!
Their pizza dough comes directly from @gluteria_by_chef_eran_zino and all of their pizzas are vegan. (But delicious which means a lot coming from me as I am NOT a vegan cheese gal) We tried the green pizza and the mushroom pizza and both were fantastic. I actually preferred the mushroom pizza, which if you know me, you know that is shocking.
Now, if you’ve been following along, you might remember that a few months ago I went to Mula and was shocked when the waitress told me she didn’t recommend I eat there as a celiac. I was very confused so I decided to do some research.
After speaking with the owner, he clarified that they use the kitchen at Bana which is not a gluten free cafe to prep a lot of their menu items. While the entire kitchen isn’t sterile they do put in a lot of effort to clean their workspace and use separate dishes to prepare the food. Thus, they warn celiacs that they cannot guarantee that their food is 100% safe.
Once I heard the precautions they take to ensure I felt 100% safe eating there.

If you’re looking for the PERFECT place for coffee and a snack in Jerusalem you have to check out @galipette_truck!
Their located in 📍Gan HaPaamon and open on Sunday (NEW!), Monday and Tuesday from 15:30-19:00. The entire truck is dairy and they use kosher ingredients but they don’t currently have a teudah. All of their crepes are 100% buckwheat and thus gluten free!
They also have cookies, coffee, hot chocolate, and weekly specials. Prices start are between 22-30 shekels and I highly recommend the Gouda, pesto, and sun dried tomato crepe!

Another day, another #coffeecartsofisrael! This Another day, another #coffeecartsofisrael!
This time we were invited to visit @ramota_cafe just outside of Hod Hasharon and Kfar Saba. The cafe is located in a beautiful shaded area with lots of seating and great atmosphere.
Moshe tried 3 of their sandwiches (which come in half and full size) and loved them all. Especially the smoked salmon bagel. Everything was made fresh and the ingredients were super high quality.
We also tried their açaí and caprese salad. I loved their caprese salad and the only downslide is they don’t offer gluten free bread options. The açaí was good but without the granola (it had gluten in it) it lacked a bit of excitement.
We both loved their coffee and felt it was super high quality and well made.
Prices range from around 18-40 shekels a dish.
The cart is open Sun-Thurs from 8am-8pm and on Fridays until 3pm and overall I would totally recommend checking them out.
