Buckwheat Almond Flour Blondies

I. Love. Blondies.

You can fight me on it but I will take a blondie over a brownie literally any day! I love baking with buckwheat flour as a gluten alternative and these gluten free blondies are one of my favorite desserts!

Buckwheat Flour Blondies

Gluten free and melt in your mouth deliciousness.

  • 150 g melted butter
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp silan
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2/3 cup buckwheat flour could use more almond flour instaed
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a bowl mix together the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  • Add in the almond flour and then the buckwheat flour + baking powder and salt.
  • Sprinkle in the chocolate chips before pouring into your baking pan.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let set before cutting.
