
Because the best kind of sweets have both peanut butter and chocolate!
1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 tablespoons milk or milk alternative
3 cups gluten free 1+1 flour (I like using oat flour tbh)
1/2 tea spoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cup peanut butter chocolate chips
1 chocolate bar broken into chunks
Preheat oven to 180 c.
- Cream the softened butter and sugar together. In. Add in eggs, vanilla, milk, baking soda, baking powder and salt, mix thoroughly.
- Next, add in the flour and mix till combined but don’t over mix. Pour in all the chocolate and peanut butter chips.
- Using an ice cream scoop, scoop dough onto a baking sheet and bake at 180 for approx 12 minutes.
- Take out of the over and try not to burn your mouth while wiping out the whole pan in one sitting.
