3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Flourless, gluten free, and soooo yummy!

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • Chocolate chips or chunks if desired


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix together all the ingredients and roll into small balls about the size of a small bouncy ball. Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet and press the cookies flat. Bake for 10-12 minutes, once they're about halfway baked you can use a fork to press them down if you're into that look/ texture.
  • They will be a bit soft when you take them out of the oven so let them cool completely before taking them off of the parchment paper or you will end up with cookie crumbs- which isn't a bad thing... you can always throw the broken cookies on top of ice cream.
